Printing & Framing Information
How Our Prints are Made
Our art prints are all made to order and are printed as fine art giclee prints. Printed on archival museum quality paper, using 12 archival pigment inks that give a rich and intense colour that will last a life time.
Print Sizes
Our unframed prints are printed in house up to the size of A3 and depending on the design they are printed with a white boarder. If you would like a custom size boarder please get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Our unframed prints larger than A3 are outsourced with our partnered print & frame house. All prints that have a fixed straight edges that are larger than A3 have the option to be printe boarderless so there will be no white edges and the print will be to the edge of the page. if you would like this please send us an email with your order number to info@violetsprinthouse.com
Framed Prints - UK
Our art prints are also available as framed prints and are printed with our partnered print and frame house.
Our partner for UK framed orders make their frames in the UK and are only made from sustainably sourced FSC wood.
Framed prints will arrive neatly taped up at the back and will arrive ready to hang with metal eyelet hardware and cord attached to the back of the frame. The glazing in our frames are made from Clarity+ acrylic that doesn't scratch easily, has a high UV resistance and doesn't yellow over time.

All our frame moulds are made with a 22 x 22mm profile and flat finish.
Framed Prints - International
Framed Prints with Mounts
We now offer framed prints internationally in select sizes and frame finishes.
Frames are handmade in the US or Latvia, made from ayous wood sourced from renewable forests.
Our frames are lightweight, made with an acrylite glazing and are supplied with hanging hardware.

For International framed prints we offer 3 wood finishes:
